The student coordinator is responsible for monitoring student files and progression paths, technical refusals (RT codes on file), editing contracts and processing cancellations and departures, and managing requests for authorization to register in another institution. The student coordinator also manages complaints and dissatisfaction. They work closely with program coordination and the school director to make decisions on certain student files.
